The Bluebird Project consists of eight organizations all around the Greater Charlottesville Community: UMFS, Piedmont CASA, People Places, Great Expectations at PVCC, DePaul Community Resources, Charlottesville Department of Social Services, Community Attention Foster Families, and Albemarle County Department of Social Services.
